5. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

 

 5.1 Placing Orders

·  Orders constitute an offer to purchase at stated prices

·  Orders are confirmed upon receiving Order Confirmation email

·  We reserve the right to cancel orders for product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraud

 

 5.2 Order Processing

·  Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours after successful payment confirmation

·  Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

·  During high-demand periods (sales, new launches, festivals), processing may take an additional 1-2 business days

 5.8 Bulk Orders

Orders exceeding reasonable personal use quantities may be refused. Products are for personal use only, not commercial resale.

 6.1 Shipping Coverage

·  We ship across India to serviceable pin codes only

·  International shipping is not available at this time

·  Orders can be delivered to residential, commercial, and select pickup addresses

 

 6.2 Shipping Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

·  Metro Cities: 2-4 business days

·  Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 3-6 business days

·  Remote & Non-Metro Locations: 5-8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

 6.3 Shipping Charges

·  Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on location and order value

·  Free Shipping: Available on select offers, promotions, or minimum order values (as displayed on the website)

·  VIP Members: Complimentary shipping on all prepaid orders

·  Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable once an order has been shipped

 

 6.4 Order Tracking

·  Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, and/or email

·  Track your shipment in real time using the tracking link provided or through your ZXX account dashboard

 

 6.5 Delivery Attempts

·  Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability, incorrect address information, or refusal to accept may be returned to origin

·  Re-shipping such orders may incur additional shipping charges

 

 6.6 Partial Shipments

·  In rare cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately due to inventory or logistics constraints

·  Customers will receive separate tracking details for each shipment at no additional shipping cost

 

 6.7 Delivery Inspection

·  Inspect products upon delivery

·  If the outer packaging appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the package and inform our support team immediately

·  For damaged, leaked, missing, or incorrect items, customers must raise a claim within 24 hours of delivery

·  A clear unboxing video and supporting images are mandatory for all such claims

·  Claims without required proof may not be eligible for approval

 

 6.8 Address Modifications

·  Address changes can only be requested before the order is dispatched

·  Once shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address

·  ZXX is not responsible for delays or losses caused due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer

 

 6.9 Return-to-Origin (RTO)

Orders returned to origin due to:

·  Incorrect or incomplete address

·  Customer unavailable

·  Refusal to accept delivery

may not be eligible for free re-shipment. Refunds, if approved, will be processed after deducting applicable shipping and handling charges.

 

 6.10 Risk of Loss

·  Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the courier

·  Inspect products upon delivery and report damage immediately

 

 6.11 Delivery Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by:

·  Courier/logistics issues

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Unopened Products - Full Refund/Exchange:

·  Unopened, unused products in original packaging with intact seals, tags, and labels may be returned within the return window

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products:

 7.3 Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used haircare and skincare products cannot be resold and are therefore not eligible for return or exchange.

Sale or discounted items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with clear images and a mandatory unboxing video.

By submitting content (reviews, comments, photos, videos), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content. You represent that you own or have rights to submit such content.

 

 8.5 Copyright Infringement

Report copyright infringement to info@zxxcosmo.com with identification of copyrighted work, your contact information, and a good faith statement that use is unauthorized.

 

If you believe content on our Platform infringes your copyright, report to  info@zxxcosmo.com with:

·  Your contact information (name, email, phone, address)

·  Good faith statement that use is unauthorized

·  Remove infringing content if valid

·  Notify the user who posted it

 

Repeat Infringer Policy:

Accounts with repeated violations will be terminated.
