RETURN POLICY
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return your order (VIP Members get 20 days).
Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear photos.
All products are eligible unless marked as non-returnable on the product page.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used haircare and skincare products cannot be resold and are therefore not eligible for return or exchange, unless received damaged or defective.

Note: ₹50 COD handling fee is non-refundable for all Cash on Delivery orders.
