At ZXX, we are committed to delivering your beauty essentials quickly, safely, and transparently. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered, in line with industry best practices for beauty and personal care brands.
SHIPPING COVERAGE
• We currently ship across India.
• International shipping is not available at this time.
• Orders can be delivered to residential, commercial, and select pickup addresses.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
• Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours after successful payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• During high-demand periods (sales, new launches, festivals), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
SHIPPING TIMELINES
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:
• Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
• Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 3–6 business days
• Remote & Non-Metro Locations: 5–8 business days
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
SHIPPING CHARGES
• Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on location and order value
• Free Shipping: Available on select offers, promotions, or minimum order values (as displayed on the website)
• VIP Members: Complimentary shipping on all prepaid orders
Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
ORDER TRACKING
• Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, and/or email.
• You can track your shipment in real time using the tracking link provided or through your ZXX account dashboard.
DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
• Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times.
• If the delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the order, the shipment may be returned to origin.
• Re-shipping such orders may incur additional shipping charges.
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
• COD availability is subject to location and courier partner feasibility.
• Additional COD charges, if any, will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
• ZXX reserves the right to disable COD for certain pin codes, high-value orders, or customers with repeated non-acceptance history.
DAMAGED OR TAMPERED SHIPMENTS
• If the outer packaging appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the package and inform our support team immediately.
• For damaged, leaked, missing, or incorrect items, customers must raise a claim within 24 hours of delivery.
• A clear unboxing video and supporting images are mandatory for all such claims.
Claims without required proof may not be eligible for resolution.
PARTIAL SHIPMENTS
• In rare cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately due to inventory or logistics constraints.
• Customers will receive separate tracking details for each shipment at no additional shipping cost.
ADDRESS MODIFICATIONS
• Address changes can only be requested before the order is dispatched.
• Once shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
• ZXX is not responsible for delays or losses caused due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
RETURN-TO-ORIGIN (RTO)
Orders returned to origin due to reasons such as:
• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Customer unavailable
• Refusal to accept delivery
may not be eligible for free re-shipment. Refunds, if approved, will be processed after deducting applicable shipping and handling charges.
FORCE MAJEURE
ZXX shall not be liable for delays or failure in delivery caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, or courier partner disruptions.
